Product/Brand Manager (GoKart/Cricket/Bowling/VR/Arcade) - Roll-out brand strategy including promotions, pricing, revenue realisation and ownership of revenue targets across the centers so that every aspect of the experience reinforces the brand identity - Closely monitor game segments (GoKart/Cricket/Bowling/VR/Arcade) and create strategy to boost their revenue and performance - Ensure game segments have a superior brand image - in-store, digitally, across expos and pop ups. - Implement strategies that ensure ROI (e.g., increase in walk-ins, Events, Leagues, Campaigns) and brand recognition/recall for the game segment across pan India. - Ensure there is weekly and monthly analysis of the game segment across all stores in India. - Share the findings with the marketing and game development teams and work to improve the revenues for non-performers. - Expand reach of brand through innovative online/offline campaigns and promotional-tie ups - Get regular consumer surveys done across centers to understand the game feedback.
