Role : SM/ Lead/ Sr. Lead - Analytics

Location : Bangalore

Role Description:

- Provide Analytics & Research support to Corporate & Enterprise functions

- Build and operationalize appropriate processes to meet business needs

- Lead and manage a team with accountability for team deliverables

- Daily liaison with US partners and ensure the success of the engagements and have accountability for the team deliverables

- Drive industry best practices within the team and be a subject matter expert in Analytics and research

- Annual budgeting and identification of opportunities for new engagements, new work and process developments

- Drive change management as and when required by business

Candidate Description:

- Experience in and familiarity with multi-variate analysis/statistical modelling techniques such as Time Series, Regression Analysis, and Decision trees, CHAID.

- Prior exposure to Financial Services Industry, well versed with financial research concepts

- Ability to produce and analyse key performance metrics and recommend ways to optimize metric integrity for management review.

- Prior experience in managing business planning needs with innovative and quantitative analysis techniques.

- Ability to influence teams to adopt best practices and leverage information capabilities.

- Experience on analytics tool like SAS,SPSS, R and interactive dashboard tools like Tableau / QlikView preferred

Education and Experience:

- MBA or a Masters in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Econometrics or Mathematics from leading Indian Universities with an excellent academic record.

- Candidates having 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in areas like data analytics, with outstanding track record in managing stakeholders and mature teams. Prior experience in financial services industry and experience in managing US clients is preferred.

- Must have strong verbal and written communication

- Project management skills with an ability to set and maintain priorities
