SM/AGM/DGM - Platform Management/Implementation/Tools Adoption - BPO/ITeS (10-15 yrs)
This Opportunity is with a reputed client who is a Global Leader in Business Process Management, optimizing the customer experience lifecycle.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning on Adoption Management Activities across Geo's.
- Platform implementation for different projects across the Healthcare Vertical.
- Supporting the creation and sustainment of a change management practice within and across the business to create employee readiness and engagement.
- Develop the transformation roadmaps for the delivery execution, project & change management.
- Maintaining expert knowledge of tools and technology that will be deployed across Healthcare.
- Project management / activity tracking & reporting to Geo Leaders/ SLT.
- Developing a data audit plan approach that attempts to proactively capture anomalies/risks in the deployed tool/technology by conducting a mandatory bi-weekly/monthly to start with and then once the tool is stable gradually taper it off - continue with a predefined frequency.
- Providing advisory to the senior management, staff, and employees adoption-related matters.
- Overseeing and monitoring the implementation of the Tools & Technologies being deployed across the Healthcare vertical.
- Championing the overall cadence of internal reviews and monitoring activities, including periodic reviews with allied (PMO/EIT/Ops) functions/departments.
- Monitoring proper functioning of the tools, maintain SOP and relevant documentation up to date and responding to administrative/functional inquiries by the user group.
- Coordinate internal governance meetings/activities and provide consulting services / client demos and activities to ensure proper and appropriate coverage.
- Provide a monthly/quarterly opinion on the effectiveness and impact of the of the tools deployed. ROI calculation will be an intrinsic part of this activity
- Establish a process to take user feedback and work on areas of improvement with relevant stakeholders / functions.
- Deploying a robust Change management will be key - basis user feedback, working observations of the tool, with all necessary documentation.
Qualification and Skills Required:
The post holder is expected to have:
- A graduate degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Arts, Science.
- 10+ years of operations management experience, Healthcare experience will have an added advantage
- Platform implementation experience a must.
- Intelligent Automation, Process Assessment, Impact Assessments, Due Diligence.
- Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work alone and within a team with colleagues from a wide range of professional backgrounds.
- Ability to work without supervision and organize own workload and manage time effectively.
- Ability to communicate control issues to service managers.
- Ability to take direct management responsibility for the full range of management duties including leading and motivating staff.
- Ability to work under pressure, within agreed targets and timescales and deliver quality outcomes.
- Ability to promote positively and present demos/presentations to new and existing customers.
- Ability to give clear advice, at an operational and strategic level, to members and senior officers and other relevant external parties/organizations e.g. vendor partners.
Office Timings-Work timing - mid shift (starting 1 pm- 10 pm)
