Candidate who is analyzer, negotiator and deal-maker for F&A related procurement. Should be able to research, evaluate and buy products for company in their everyday operations.

Scope:

- Negotiating Housekeeping & Security Services Contracts

- Negotiating Annual Maintenance contracts

- Rate Cards for everyday consumption items

- Sourcing Vendors

- Handle commercials for Employee transport

- Should be able to support major capex projects in F&A - (HVAC, Furniture, BMS, PMC etc- )

Key Skills:

- Negotiation skills/ Commercial Awareness

- Good analytical skills

- Product knowledge of OEMs

- Deep Understanding & Professional Experience working with Procurement Contracts

- Advanced Excel Skills/ Oracle P2P

- Communication Skills (English/ Kannada/ Written)

- Ability to handle pressure

- Indepth knowledge of GST and SEZ buying
