Job Purpose:
- To Lead and Manage a Customer Business Unit effectively Be accountable for the CBU's growth and P&L Collaborate with Peers at different locations for effective delivery
- Participate and contribute actively in the Organization and Vertical Initiatives
Location : Bangalore
- This role is responsible for managing the customer business unit and is accountable for Overall Delivery, Revenue, Customer Relationship, Capability Building, Cost optimization and Quality targets of the account

Minimum Experience Required Overall (in years): 18 + years
Relevant (in years): 5 + years
Domain/ Functional skills required to execute the role Experience in business unit management for Banking
- Averse with key developments in the business across industry
- Delivery Management, P&L Management, Capability Building, Team management
Job Responsibilities :
- Drive Revenue Achievement as per Target, Onsite/Offshore Mix, BAU vs Solutions vs Transformation, Annualized Engagements for the Business Unit
- Drive Optimized cost as per shore mix, cost pyramid, OH%, Tax Savings
- Increase customer delight - Achieve CSAT, PSAT, revenue growth, new business as per organization standards / targets
- Enable Innovation through New Ideas, white papers, posts & patents
- Enable Internal Collaboration for proposal wins, people connect and realizing new ideas
- Enable Process effectiveness through compliance to contractual documents, processes, invoicing & collection cycles and create accountability, ownership
- Effective people management through engaged, diverse work force and control attrition within organization standards
- Effective Talent Management, capacity & talent building through upskilling, succession & progression planning, strengthening of horizontal practices, certifications & trainings
