If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We' re looking for a marketing leader who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound and outbound marketing channels.

The primary responsibility will include generating a predictable pipeline of sales qualified leads every month. You will work on strategizing, building and managing inbound and outbound marketing channels - content marketing & distribution, email marketing, social marketing, SEO and SEM, PR and sales development.

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

Role: Marketing Director

Experience: 6+ years

Responsibilities:

- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including SEO, SEM, Email marketing, Social marketing, Content Marketing and Sales development

- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies

- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency

- Oversee our social media accounts

- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics

- Execute on all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary

- Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly

- Organize effective marketing events

- Build relationships with media through creative PR strategies

- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out

- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or other senior role

- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing and sales development campaigns

- Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords

- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques

- Strong leadership skills

- Excellent communications skills

- Strong analytical and project management skills

- Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions

- Prior leadership experience in B2B product startups required; Prior experience marketing to Americas preferred.
