We are looking for an experienced CFO to undertake all aspects of financial management, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. The responsibilities will also include financial risk management to protect the company's revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth. Responsibilities: - Work on NBFC financials and related compliances - Work on debt structuring and involve in loan products strategy - Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure - Treasury Management - Coordinate and direct the preparation of financial forecasts and report variances - Manage the preparation of regulatory reporting and - Research technical accounting issues for compliance - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting - Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings - Lead, manage and develop financial activities to deliver high quality accounting services and achieve business goals Requirements: - Proven experience as CFO or relevant role - Prior experience in working in fintech companies - 6 - 10 years of overall experience - Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures - CA is mandatory and CA rank holder is preferred - Ability to strategize and solve problems - Strong leadership and organizational skills
