Oversee NBFC business  - Investor Relationship Management  - Leading Debt Fundraising & Supporting Management with Equity Fundraising  - Managing the Credit rating and the Gross NPA % as per the guidance of the board  - Managing financial controls and accounting procedures with the help of Finance Manager - this function provides seamless functional support to the business. Building and maintaining a highly motivated team  - Developing and leveraging relationships with regulators, credit agencies and other financial institutions  - Execute the financial strategy of the company  - Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans  Preferred Experience:  - 3+ years of investment/debt fundraising/sales banking experience and should have team managing experience for at least 3-4 years  - 3+ years of experience in core finance areas such as financial compliance, financial process controls, business planning and analysis, budgeting, financial reporting and accounting, treasury, wealth management and taxation  - The experience should include overseeing financial operations  The role holder is responsible for leading and directing the Finance function and overseeing the legal function to ensure that all Financial operations are monitored and controlled against budget, organisation's business is optimally financed, all financial transactions are treated appropriately, accurate financial information is available to support management decision-making and the company adheres to all regulatory requirements and legislation
