- We at slice, are looking for a highly qualified Legal Counsel to drive end to end legal aspects of our business.&nbsp; - You will safeguard our reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues. Responsibilities : - Give accurate and timely counsel in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, corporate and finance etc) - Specify internal policies and regularly monitor compliance. - Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations. - Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues. - Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust. - Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights. - Coordinate with stakeholders and external clients. Requirements : - Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation. - Proven experience as a legal counsel in business environment - Previous experience in Fintech/ NBFC background - Ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies - Outstanding communication skills - LLB/ LLM degree Experience: - Overall experience of 5 to 6 years. - Fintech/ NBFC experience of minimum 3 years.
