Responsibilities : - Plan and execute growth strategies (both online and offline) for acquiring new users and retain current users - Conduct quick experiments to validate hypotheses, and to arrive at data-driven decisions - Coordinate with internal teams like product, credit risk to drive growth Role Requirements : - Great business judgment and ability and interest to make both strategic and operational decisions - Self-starter and ability to work independently - Hands-on and willing to get hands dirty on execution - Solid analytical background, must be comfortable manipulating data to make decisions - Curiosity and willingness to learn - Experience delivering growth from inception to delivery preferred but not required. - Ability to work and lead through multiple teams (product, software engineering, data science, analysts and customer service) Basic Requirement : - 2 to 4 years of experience. - IIT / BITS/ NIT graduate.
