About team/role :&nbsp; In this role, you'll be responsible for development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting and Operating Plan. You thrive on making performance more efficient and scalable by working closely with the Business team in setting up cost metrics, develop risk management framework. If you have a knack for analytics and relevant experience with NBFC, Bank or in a Financial service organization then reach out to us for the further process. What you'll do :&nbsp; 1. Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue and expenses 2. Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance 3. Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting and Operating Plan 4. Ad-hoc reporting and analysis 5. Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports 6. Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies, support business teams in setting up cost metrics, develop risk management framework to closely monitor and manage loan cycles, default rates etc. 7. Partner with Business teams to frame commercial negotiation strategies 8. Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives 9. Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes 10. Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis Qualifications:&nbsp; 1. CA/ MBA (Tier 1) with 3-4 years of experience 2. Deep understanding of Banks/ NBFCs business drivers and P&amp;L persona 3. Experience with Banks, NBFCs, Financial service companies preferred
