Roles and Responsivities in nutshell: - Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights - Can think of Marketing strategies for TG between 18- 35 of age group and strong understanding of Social Media tools - Develop strong understanding of customer behaviour and expectations in the category - Drive the direct marketing initiatives and have handled budgets more than 10cr. - A go getter while managing the Agencies at a cost effective manner. - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs. - Developing new categories within brand along with New Product Development responsibilities, collateral materials for ATL, BTL activities, product. - Devise innovative growth strategies. - Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies. - An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns. - Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
