Position :

- This is a Leadership position in the Marketing Team, we intend to move out of stealth mode and open up our technology to the world in a grand way. The position offers a unique opportunity to be a part of the core team and also includes ESOPs for the right candidate.

- As the leader for marketing, you will interact with all teams across 8 countries to formulate a plan of action for all marketing activities. This would include travelling to our offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam

- Because we are a startup, the role would include defining the strategy and time-bound deliverables, designing the blueprints, building and automating processes, building and mentoring team. Essentially to lay the foundation and build a castle on it.

- Product launch experience for SaaS platform and product marketing is an important criterion for this position.

Key Responsibilities :

- End to End ownership and accountability of all Marketing activities online and offline

- Translate business goals into efficient digital marketing strategies and drive growth for the organization

- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all marketing; controlling and allocating channel spends, improving overall & channel ROI, and CAC.

- Responsible for developing and implementing an annual, strategic, special events calendar that ensures SkyMap presence and participation in relevant events across the globe.

- Drive top of funnel growth including traffic & acquisition

- Ownership of strategy and execution for all paid digital channels including search, display, PPC campaigns, programmatic, video, affiliates etc.

- Managing team and digital agencies to drive campaign execution & efficient spends

- Constantly finding new ways to grow overall online brand presence, impact, by utilizing the full range of digital assets, technologies available.

- Own measurement, reporting and analysis of digital marketing channels & campaigns and translate the same into impact on key business measures

- Determine hiring budgets and Plan for current and future Personnel requirements of the team

- Define who to hire for different positions including work profile & experience, education and salary benchmarks. Work closely with recruitment operation team.

Requirements :

- High Intent of getting things done and passion for technology

- Ability to take a decision based on sound logical arguments.

- Should have managed the entire digital marketing org i.e. (Alliances, Digital Marketing, RnL)

- Startup Attitude, ability to disregard short-term greed for long-term goals.

- 2-7 yrs of experience in Digital and Performance Marketing is a must

- Direct hands-on experience in managing and executing performance marketing programs

- Deep understanding of PPC, Search, Remarketing, Display, SEO

- Strong understanding of technology and analytics & using insights to drive decision making

- Must be familiar with Brand Content Management, Marketing Resource Management, Enterprise - Campaign Management, Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing, Campaign management technology solutions, Omni-Channel campaign design and management, Campaign reporting & analytics, Personalization and segmentation, Advertising, Promotions, Programmatic ads.

- Product Marketing experience would be an added advantage.
