Skydo - Customer Lifecycle Management Lead (1-5 yrs)

- You will own the platform revenue metric which depends on post-onboarding activation rates, retention, and wallet share growth. Through a deep understanding of our offerings, you'll not only design and implement engagement campaigns across platforms like email, WhatsApp, and phone, but also take charge of resolving customer escalations, ensuring their feedback is channeled into product development.
- An essential aspect of your role is communication-whether it's conducting feedback sessions with our top-tier customers or collaborating with sales, product, and customer support teams.
- You'll analyze data from engagement campaigns, offering the sales team actionable feedback on lead quality and areas of improvement.
- The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep passion for understanding and serving our customers.
