Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and review accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

- Ensure timely delivery of reports to stakeholders and clients.

Auditing:

- Plan, execute, and oversee internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Identify potential risks, provide recommendations, and implement corrective actions.

Tax Planning & Compliance:

- Advise clients on effective tax planning strategies to optimize their financial outcomes.

- Ensure adherence to tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns.

Financial Analysis:

- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights.

- Provide management and clients with clear financial forecasts and performance evaluations.

Client Interaction:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their financial and accounting queries.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and proactive communication.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and deliverables.

- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance team performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

- Chartered Accountant certification is mandatory.

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Technical Expertise:

- Proficient in financial reporting, auditing, and tax planning.

- Strong command of accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Analytical Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
