We are looking for :

We are looking for a Co-Founder / Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. The candidate must be entrepreneurial, self-starter and should have the capability to drive the technology front at the venture. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role.

Key responsibilities :

- Work closely with the Co-Founders on important decision-making, understand the domain requirements

- Design, architect and build the infrastructure to support research and deployment

- Hiring and building out the Technology team

- Prepare technology strategy and design the solutions for scalability

- Build backend and database architecture that could be scalable as our product is enhanced

Desired profile :

- Tier 1 Engineering Institute (preferably CS background) and 2+ years of relevant work experience

- Full stack programming skills

- Past experience in developing trading infrastructure is strongly preferred

- Experience with multi-layered system architecture is a plus

- Comfortable with Linux/Unix based systems, AWS and server architecture
