Senior Product Manager - Platform (B2B Enterprise Tech)

Our team has extensive experience in the AI/automation space and through constant reiteration and hard work, we have successfully built our state of the art AI-based voice automation platform - VIVA. About the Role:

- Skit is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our platforms team. Skit enables businesses to build complex conversational experiences, and the VIVA is the platform on top of which the applications and solutions rest.

- Within the platform team sit all the core components (e.g., a no-code bot builder interface, data generation and model training workflows, etc.) and micro services (eg. automated speech recognition, natural language processing, etc.) that are used to build applications.

- This is a dynamic role that will require close collaboration with not only engineers and designers on the team, but with other solution and sales teams, and balancing of many competing priorities.

What You Will Impact:

- Overall direction of VIVA: Discover new opportunities to make our platform work better for our clients, whether it's small optimizations or large overhauls, and guide us through ideation, development, and launch.

- Prioritization of customer requests and long-term platform goals: As a startup, there's always more work to be done. You will balance incoming customer requests and deadlines with longer-term projects.

- User experience of internal and third-party developers of Skit's applications: One of the Platform's "customers" are our own developers and, eventually, third-party developers. You will also help to make their experiences using our platform better.

- Feedback loop between our sales and solutions teams and platform teams: Establish a direct connection with customers to gather customer feedback and ensure launches go smoothly.

- Metrics to measure success: Define what success looks like and analyze leading metrics to ensure we set measurable goals and meet them.

- Consensus building across the company: Our platform is the base for all of our apps, so collaboration across the company is especially key for our team. Each project has many stakeholders and components to coordinate.

What Will Help You Be Successful:

- 3+ years as a product manager

- Experience working with both technical and non-technical users

- Experience working on enterprise products (not required)

- Experience working in cross functional teams of developers and designers
