Here's what this role entails: Employee Engagement - Create and execute plans to integrate new joiners into the organization - Develop and implement quick, frequent surveys to assess employee attitudes - Facilitate engagement activities, develop mentoring opportunities, organize town halls and implement team building events to improve engagement and morale Talent Acquisition &amp; Management - Handle entire gamut (360' Degree) of Talent Acquisition, managing end to end recruitment process not limited to sourcing, screening, but also Manpower Requirement Analysis to understand hiring plans of different Hiring Managers - Created talent management plans to align with short and long term strategic plans - Develop pipeline of talent to improve utilization of intellectual capital - Lead talent planning sessions and advise managers on compensation decisions through job analysis Performance Management - Administering the review process to ensure timely, fair and clear employee evaluations - Improve manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution - Create opportunities for job rotations, job sharing, special assignments and team projects that enhance development and performance What you'll need to succeed: - 2-3 years of work experience as an HR Generalist - Hands on experience of job portals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Start-up Experience Plus points M. A. / MBA in HR is a plus
