Skill-Lync - Training Lead (10-12 yrs)
- Must have 10 - 12 years of experience in various facets of Learning and development.
- Must have been in a senior managerial role.
- Must have led a team of trainers and content writers.
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of Training and Teaching pedagogy
- Must have run an independent E2E Training project inclusive of content Creation
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of collecting TNI , creating tailor made content and creating training ROI tools.
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of creating workforce & talent acquisition profiling tools.
- Exposure to the international market is a must.
- Should be able to work with all the stakeholders and curate training programs to suit the business requirements and run the E2E transition.
- Should be able to develop a team to cater to the training requirements of the organization especially setup of an Online Learning System/Knowledge Base.
- Exposure to Setup of Training Function and working in Collaboration with key Business divisions like Sales, Marketing, Operations and Retentions to deliver results.
Preferred:
- Exposure to an Ed Tech or University level training & development is an added advantage.
Desired Qualification.
- Graduation in any discipline ( HR or English/Education Hons. is highly preferred )
- Masters or Post graduation in HR/Training/Education.
- Willingness to travel to connect across various office for training and collaboration- 20 to 30%
