About the role :

- You will work with the executive leadership team of Skill-Lync which has people who've worked as Partners/Managing Directors with leading consulting firms and people who've built large-scale EdTech & E-Commerce platforms.

Responsibilities :

- Managing various cross-functional programs and strategic partnerships

- Market Research & Analysis to drive growth and expansion for B2B business

- Cross-functional program management on Strategy and Operations initiatives - product development, marketing initiatives, resource planning etc

Requirements :

- B-School graduates with 1-3 years of experience in a Management Consulting firm or Start-up

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify business decisions

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
