Role: P&L Head
Location: Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai
Must haves: - Great attention to detail
- Extremely data-oriented and execution focussed
- Well-versed with the online ecosystem
- High volume D2C industries only (B2B - not preferred)
Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities:
- As a city P&L head, you will be single-handedly accountable for the revenue, profitability, recruitment and growth coming from your respective geography
- Responsible for managing the business and overall Sales, Collections, sales training, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations of the geography
- Responsible for meeting the revenue & enrolment targets for the geography
- Handling PnL for the region assigned - Profitable growth
- Dedicatedly spearheading a unit of ~500-1000 people in your geography
- Recruiting & developing a team of Sales leaders, sales personnel, training, customer service, collections, sales operations
- Developing a culture of talent retention & performance drive within your geography
- Planning & implementing marketing activities (ATL & BTL) in the zone with the help of a corporate marketing team
- Devising a Go-To-Market strategy, for the given geographies keeping the local intelligence of the market
- Collecting and submitting market research reports including market intelligence for key competitors monthly
Requirements
- Goal Driven thinking working on tangible Metrics / Outcomes
- Should have intensive experience in Sales driven profiles along with growth and marketing acumen and PnL management, preferably from high-growth D2C companies
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent time and work pressure management skills
- Ability to handle large teams, high attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines
- Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills
- Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups and leaders
- Business Operation expert with a keen focus on the overall growth of the assigned zone.
