Responsibilities & Duties :

- 8+ years of Experience in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams

- Liaise between Product, Business teams, Design and deliver high-quality products on time

- Build growth, data-driven mindset across teams

- Drive technical discussions, and champion tech roadmap to build products that are Scalable, Secure, and cost-effective

- Good understanding of Agile Development Practices, coding, testing, and deployment best practices

- Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment

- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and best practices

Qualifications & Skills :

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills

- Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Data modeling

- Experience MERN, LAMP, Restful APIs, and emerging technologies

- Previous experience being a full-stack developer
