CRM - Manager We are looking for a CRM - Manager who can proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and maintaining and Tracking Sales Data, preparing reports for internal and external find ways to reduce them to make the sales machine go faster. Ultimately, their job is to increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools, like email prospecting, contract management, and content enablement software. Responsibilities: - Setting up automation systems to execute lead distribution to the entire sales floor. - Act as a liaison between the Sales and Marketing team for smooth functioning of both departments. - Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing execution of campaigns. - Develop Tracking to improve conversion ratio. - Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy. - Troubleshooting daily issues and challenges faced by the sales team, collaborating with other teams in the organization for all CRM initiatives. Qualifications : - UG or PG in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field, solid prior experience in a similar role. - Analytical, data-driven, and well-versed with Excel, Detail-oriented and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment. - Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills. A strong team manager and comfortable working in a matrix environment.
