- We are looking for an Analytics Lead who can proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them to make the sales machine go faster. Ultimately, their job is to increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools, like email prospecting, contract management, and content enablement software.


- The role will be incentive management of the whole of sales, marketing, collections org across locations, incentive compensation executive with a strong background and demonstrated track record of leading and delivering end to end incentive compensation services. Development of incentive plan governance processes for sales and service roles in all businesses. Drive automated solutions to improve the analysis, monitoring, and inventory management of incentive programs.

Responsibilities:

- Track long term sales data

- Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management / inter-department

- Follow ethical practices with consumer and customer data - overall audits on process

- Monitor and assist with customer retention, Assist with account management.

- Daily administration of incentives, reporting, annual planning, and accruals.

- Assist the creation and optimization of incentive plans for each sales role in the region while promoting global consistency

- Maintain accurate details of account alignment, credit mapping, and coverage models

- Assist in communications and presentation of incentive plans and policies

- Provide insightful and useful incentive analytics across all management levels that deliver continuous improvement in incentive plan effectiveness

- Assist with tool enhancements and testing

Requirements:

- Strong analytical skills

- Intermediate to expert level knowledge in Analytical skills Includes - Tableau

- Ability to perform advanced computing functions

- Familiarity with databases, sales software, Microsoft Office including Access and Excel

- Strong communication skills

- 2+ years of sales incentive sales operations, or sales analytics experience

- Ability to problem-solve, multitask & work well in a group
