What to expect from the role?

- The role will be part of Skill-Lync's Electrical & Electronics BU and would involve working on a variety of business growth and success metrics.

- We are looking for an individual who can strike the right balance between strategic planning, identifying opportunities and execution and is an excellent problem solver.

- The role will provide exposure to multiple leading organizations and will entail conceptualizing new product offerings and strengthening our current value proposition.

- The role will work on identifying growth opportunities, developing growth strategy and plan and building the GTM strategy.

- The incumbent will be responsible to help grow the revenue by building innovative offerings and by delivering high quality experience to our customers that lead to high level of satisfaction and developing them as promoters.

Requirements :

- MBA from Tier 1 institute with a minimum of 6+ years of experience with a demonstrated leadership & proven track records

- Prior management consulting and/ or strategy experience

- Prior strategic growth/ new offerings design experience and some operational/ project management experience

- Bachelors in Engineering/ B. Tech. Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation is a plus

Key Skills :

- Ability to influence and lead a cross-functional team from idea to launch

- Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to guide strategy

- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and lead teams to see them to completion with strong ownership over key business deliverables

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment.

- Passionate about changing the way millions of Engineering students learn globally
