Job Description but not limited to :

Responsibilities :

- Define/Manage/Govern the customer's omni-channel experience across the lifecycle (8-12 months)


- Scale up the current team of customer experience team (Engineers and Non-Engineers) by 5x in the next 24 months to meet the increasing demand

- Devise the right metrics and digital-enablement requirements to ensure effectiveness of the customer experience team

- Provide critical inputs to the Product team for making the necessary changes to improve the customer experience

Requirements :

- Proven experience in the domain of "Customer Experience"


- Preferably in the areas of Edutech, E-commerce, High-end Banking/Insurance products, FMCG

- Experience of building/managing a high-performance team and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
