Skills Required :

- Excellent Communication with strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

- Excellent People management Skills,

- Presentation Skills both online and offline for large gatherings,

- Technically strong with an Engineering background.

Expectations :

- 10+ years total experience, with a minimum of 5+ years experience leading teams

- Experience in setting up the tools and processes required to operate a global team

- Good problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data and present at an executive level

- Demonstrated experience in handling a team size of more than 300 members

- Must have proven track for generating revenue

- Must have defined strategy around Quality and Conversions for the team.

- To be able to define a strategy to meet a business objective and then execute against that strategy from an operations point of view.

- To be able to present at large gatherings. An added advantage if managed course instructors/teachers.
