Skill-Lync - Analytics Manager - Growth

We are looking for a Analytics Manager who can organise huge amounts of marketing data available into actionable insights. The work ranges from organising the databases, connecting the databases to data visualisation tools, building insightful reports in these tools. Proactively developing Business Strategy & Execution, managing the entire spectrum of analytics.

Responsibilities :

- Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and Growth teams

- Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management

- Follow ethical practices with consumer and customer data

- Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods

- Monitor and assist with customer retention

- Train staff on new technology and software

- Assist with account management

- Utilise strong database skills to work with large, complex data sets to extract insights.

- Consult with business partners to develop and implement statistical solutions (scoring models and valuations models) to address and influence complex problems that Maximise business value.

- Create on-demand dashboards and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights.

- Monitor, measure and make recommendations on funnel conversion and other pipeline health metrics.

- Benchmarking performance across all channels and advising on KPIs based on performance analysis.

Requirements:

- Strong analytical skills

- Intermediate to expert level knowledge in Analytical skills Includes - Tableau

- Ability to perform advanced computing functions

- Familiarity with databases and sales software

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel

- Strong communication skills

- 5+ years in a Managerial position with increasing responsibility

- Ability to problem-solve, multitask & work well in a group
