Talent Acquisition Manager job profile:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be in charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.

Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! As a TA Manager, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Investigate and determine employee needs

2. Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies

3. Design, plan and execute employer branding activities

4. Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors

5. Plan employee referral programs

6. Source and find candidates qualified for open positions

7. Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)

8. Reviews employment applications and background check reports

9. Suggest measures for improving employee retention

10. Attend career and college fairs, and similar events

Talent Acquisition Manager Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience as TA Manager or similar HR role

2. In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques

3. Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)

4. Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards

5. Ability to motivate employees

6. The sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success

7. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

8. Good time-management skills

9. Great interpersonal and communication skills

10. MBA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
