1. Ground Transportation Services (SKT Car Rentals) - 70 + Cities in India. 24/7 support system. 20000 + bookings a month.

2. - Accommodation Solutions - Hotels & Service Apartments (Domestic & International). 100000 + nights a year.

3. - MICE - Business Meets, Conferences, Training Programs, Events, Off sites etc.-

We are looking for strong candidates who are passionate about sales and following is the detailed requirement.

Job Responsibilities :-

a. Prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within a defined territory for Corporate MICE business

b. Forecasting and tracking of sales opportunities- Achieving sales targets

c. Understanding industry trends, product capabilities and customer requirements

d. Establishing executive level, long term customer relationship for future cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

e. Ensuring customer satisfaction

Skills :-

a. Educated to a post degree level in a related field- 2-5 years sales experience within either the tourism/hospitality industry

b. Proven Track Record in over achieving performance targets

c. Demonstrated experience to ensure visibility of the pipeline to sales management for forecasting and business planning-

d. Proven sales experience, demonstrating a strategic approach in : 


i) Identifying market size and focus


ii) Developing sales pipelines


iii) Penetrating new accounts


iv) Driving the sales process through the selling environment to close

e. Demonstrated initiative implementing business plans and executing sales initiatives at a senior level

f. Ability to work in a multicultural, fast paced organisation

g. Solid knowledge of and experience in formal sales training

h. Strong problem solving and analytical skills

i. Fluency in English and excellent communication skills

Candidates with prior sales experience in Events/MICE roles in Hotels/Travel Management companies will be preferred.


Salary offered; 6 - 9 LPA
