SKF Group - HR Business Partner (10-15 yrs)
Position Name : HR Business Partner - Automotive
Purpose of the role As a HR Partner for businesses, provide support and leadership to drive the HR strategy and ensure seamlessness and consistent employee experience on people processes.
Talent & Leadership :
- Partner with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to allocated HC and ensure timely hiring against vacancies
- Critically evaluate external talent to ensure right hire - cultural evaluation and potential evaluation
- Strong succession pipeline for N-1/2 leadership positions
- Develop and deploy the competency framework for creating a future ready workforce
- Support Talent development by focusing on Organizational capability, Individual needs and core competence
Extraordinary Performance & Reward :
- Ensure effective deployment of end to end People Processes including Performance Management, Reward & Recognition, Org design, span & layers
