Job Title: Category Manager- Services

Reports to: Head- Indirect Materials & Services Sourcing

Job Position: We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing professional who can manage the Services category (which includes Professional services, Facilities and Admin services). He/ She should have in depth understanding of the category and outstanding business acumen with 5+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities :

- Sourcing of Indirect Services categories which includes Factory & Corporate functions services. The primary responsibility being that of identifying company's needs, and suitably designing and executing sourcing strategies, both short and long term under the supervision of the Services Category Lead

- Develop supplier partnerships to align with the Indirect category strategy and drive supplier performance excellence. -

- Secure supplier selection and execute contracts to ensure commitment on cost, quality and delivery and mitigate potential risks associated with SLAs

- Drive cost reduction initiatives across the Services category for improved commercials and SLAs - Design and optimize the sourcing processes across Indirect Services categories to drive efficiency

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering from premier engineering institutes

- MBA is desirable

- 5+ years of relevant functional experience

- Experience in industries such as Automobile, White goods or related manufacturing industries

Travel: Travel to supplier locations, as required
