Job Description :
- Responsible for Business Planning & Merchandise Control for all the partners.
- Primary & Secondary Sales Target Achievement.
- Work upon the Buying Cycle.
- Assortment Creation / Options Planning for the season.
- Inventory management (order placement / billing to partners / secondary sales / Returns) & ensuring optimal utilisation of the inventory.
- Product Sell Thus, Stock Cover & Mark Down management
- Managing the replenishment cycle from warehouse to clients stores.
- Ensuring proper stock health at Style level across.
- Develop sound knowledge on the products & thereby impart knowledge down the line.
- Analysing the sales reports, understanding the changing trends for upcoming season & giving timely inputs for the same.
- Ensuring operational efficiencies & handling end to end operation processes (Buying to Selling).
- Control over offers & discounting to be run across partners.
- Market Surveillance & Store Visits.
- Develop a customer centric environment.
- Market knowledge about the competition & creating plans to be ahead of the same.
Functional & Technical Competencies :
- Stakeholder management
- Hands on experience with analysing big data and making forecasts
- Analytical and critical thinker
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel/ MIS reports
