- To manage end to end supply chain, that includes Planning (demand & supply), Operations, Sourcing & Customer service.

- Guide the sustainable change, performance improvement and development of internal operations, Supply Chain, warehouse & customer service teams to own the SOP process.

- Daily execution of best-in-class customer service levels and product availability, high quality on time in full delivery and optimal management of human and financial resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own & Drive SOP process involving all functional leads

- Responsible from ideation to execution of Supply Chain Strategy

- Bring in system capability (including warehouse automation, auto solutions to Customer Service etc.)

- Lead tactical response to supply chain problems impacting service performance and customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for demand and supply forecasting, inventory planning and capacity management to meet the needs of our customer base.

- Daily execution of best-in-class customer service levels and product availability, high quality on time in full delivery and optimal management of human and financial resources.

- Direct the activities of all functions involved in the purchasing, planning, warehousing, and control of materials from the receipt of forecasting replenishment needs to the delivery of the finished product.

- Manage inventory and establishes controls to ensure we are operating at the highest level of performance based on key performance metrics and minimized supply chain risk.

- Evaluate past performance data to forecast needs and develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.

- Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize value of the entire function.

- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to procurement.

- Participate in existing and new product planning processes to assure timely acquisition of materials to support product launches.

- Participate in the design and implementation of new ERP systems and optimize its use.

- Lead negotiation efforts for major contracts.

- Develop and manage departmental budgets accordingly.

- Establishes annual goals and objectives in coordination with corporate objectives, and manages performance to ensure attainment

- Leading the end-to-end Supply Chain for the business verticals and Managing procurement, fulfillment, inventory, warehousing & logistics

- Creates and drive supply chain strategy and communications, deliver strategic objectives, and oversee materials management activities, including Demand Planning, Buying, Material Flow, Distribution, Logistics and Customer Service operations.

Desired Profile:

- Supply Chain Management Professional with 12+ years of overall experience with minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in running a sophisticated supply chain for Ecommerce (strategic sourcing, managing suppliers, industry analysis, contract management, negotiations, and forecasting).

- Should display the ability to take decisions independently and have the exposure of having worked with cross functional and cross geographic stakeholders.

- Strong contract negotiating skills, and organizational strategic vision, and proven ability to work collaboratively and tactfully with a diverse group of people.
