Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- As a part of the Business Development, you would be required to interact with the client on prospects over the phone as well as through written correspondence.
- You would be required to prospect, propose, negotiate, close deals, and manage client accounts end-to-end.
- Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
- Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling.
- Manage a team's targets and can generate good revenue.
- Understand the requirement and client's needs and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the US market.
- Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them
- Aggressive and Target oriented with the ability to work in high-pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
- Should be able to work Independently work - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets.
- Expert-level technical recruitment skills. - Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude.
- Power-user MS Office and related products.
