Six Sigma/Lean Coordinator - Blackbelt Certified - IT

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Coach and deploy Lean

- Should be Six sigma Black belt certified.

- Hands on experience in Lean Six Sigma (GreenBelt) project implementation in IT.

- Should have sound knowledge of lean six sigma framework and statistical analysis

- Should be proficient with tools like Minitab, sigma XL etc.

- Contribute to the organization with best practices

- Interface with the inside and outside clients.

- Interface with the different BU leads Skills

- Good knowledge of various Project management and ITIL process areas

- Delivery experience of 3-5 year.

- Knowledge of Project management of 3-5 years.

- Good problem solving and presentation skills

- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Specification / Skills :

- Driving LSS projects independently

- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure progress and timely closure of the project

- Preparing project case study and presenting the project to champion / external reviewer and in various competitions

- Consolidating and propagating the best practices

- Identifying new opportunities for LSS projects

Qualifications/ Certifications :

- B.E. / B. Sc. / B. Com. (Mandatory)

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified (Mandatory)

- Certification in ITIL or any other Quality / process framework (optional)
