Responsibilities:
1. Updating current and designing new recruitment procedures.
2. Supervising the recruitment team and reporting on its performance.
3. Keeping track of recruitment metrics.
4. Ensure client requirements are met
5. Recruitment manager will have to work closely with our recruiters to manage to the source, interviewing and employment process. Find out the best recruitment process for each region and implement the same. Research and choose job advertising options and train the recruiters on interviewing technique. Ensure all formalities of an end to end recruitment a process is maintained.
6. Have to maintain a close professional relationship with the clients and be updated on client requirement. Conduct scheduled meetings with the clients as well as the employees to find ways of improving our Brand.
7. Willingness to travel extensively
8. 3 - 5 years of Relevant experience
9. Ability to source all levels of employees.
