Role : Site Quality Head - Vaccines

- We have an assignment with a large Pharma Giant, who are in the process of identifying a Site Quality Head

- Responsible for the Site Quality System and governance - Implementation, operation and use to manage all aspects of quality across the site. Define the Site Quality Plan.

- Define and communicate Site Quality strategy and objectives, monitoring performance to drive continuous improvement of Quality Systems/processes. Organize the team to deliver objectives.

- Ensure that the site remains compliant with local and international regulation, so that exposure to regulatory action is minimized, and that product released to the market is of the required standard.

- As a key member of the site management team, provide direction, formulate strategies and make decisions which ensure the efficient and effective operation of the site. Maintain current knowledge of local and international regulatory and legislative requirements and trends to ensure this advice remains pertinent.

- Provide leadership, direction and support to the people within the Quality Unit and ensure that they are qualified, achieve a high level of competence, are motivated and carry out their duties in a safe manner.

- The Position is based in Ankleshwar
