Site Project Head
- Overall responsibility as Project Lead in setting up green field project which includes project design, erection, commissioning to commercial production. And Project management of the project for the next 15-18 months & ensuring timely execution of green field projects to facilitate smooth and safe site operations without impacting Cost and Quality norms.
- Meticulously verify the techno-commercial offers of vendors, cash flow projections & payment prioritization, finalize engineering consultants & contractors for projects, and direct the team to achieve project goals
- Accountable for the creation of project documentation. Review and approve Key project documents, including P & IDs, Plot Plans, PFD
- Responsible for evaluating Capex investments by looking at product profile and market volumes, making rough cut capacity planning and fixing work center profiles.
- Responsible for managing Operations& Maintenance activities such as execution of process & equipment selection, process control & quality assurance with a key focus on bottom-line profitability and customer satisfaction by ensuring optimal utilization of 5M (Man, Machine, Material, Method & Money).
- Conduct hazard and operability study (HAZOP) and review, and analyze the cause of industrial accidents/incidents and take preventive measures
- Work closely with HR and other cross-functional teams to build hiring plans well in advance not to have a disruption in Manufacturing operations
- Liaise with Government Officials to obtain necessary permits and approvals related to the plant, post the set-up, and ensure compliances
