Site Operations Head - Facilities (10-15 yrs)
Minimum Education : Engineer - Mechanical or Electrical
- Reporting to: Operations Head at corporate office
- Experience in facility management, especially facilities catering to clientele from premium segment
- Should be very strong on integrity
- Will be required to co-ordinate with university on regular basis to ensure efficient operations at site
- Will need to ensure that the facility is compliant with all regulatory and government requirements (local, state, and central)
- Prepare annual projections for site operations and make quarterly as well as annual budgets
- Ensure adherence to the budget and highlight potential deviations if any to the management, in advance.
- Coordinate with Mumbai office for MIS, approvals, amongst other matter.
