Site Leader - Product Engineering - IT Services (22-25 yrs)
Hiring Site Leader - Product Engineering for a leading Global IT client in Hyderabad.
Job Profile :
- Responsible for heading the site with P&L responsibility, which includes delivery, operations and product engineering.
- Lead product engineering teams to translate the product strategy into an actionable and executable plan for profitable results.
- Financial responsibility for the customer account assigned to the Respective Leader (including Hiring Cost, managing SG&A and Gross margins).
- Lead a team of smart engineers by setting clear and effective goals and expectations as a key part of managing performance to drive business outcomes.
- Worked on a single product/portfolio.
- Understand legacy challenges of a product & work roadmap
- Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of products
- Understand metrics for the above
- Understand build and deploy over cloud, micro services architecture
- Working experience of Java / .NET
- Focus on quality, scope, productivity, budget and timeline
- Strong leadership, coaching, team building and people development skills
Desired Profile :
- 22 + years of experience in managing a site with exposure to delivery, operations & product engineering from IT Services Company.
- Expertise in multi-site global delivery
- Working knowledge of Java / dot net
- Managed a large team
