Job Title - Site TPM Lead

Location - CTO 1, Bollaram Industrial Area, Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Mandate - Certified TMP Facilitator

Job Description :

- Implement, drive & sustain TPM activities across the site.

- Implement and develop a culture of Autonomous / Ownership maintenance among the work force.

- Periodic review of JH & PM activities & facilitate the team in implementing the things in floor.

- Facilitate and train the Team in effective utilization and usage of the TPM tools and techniques.

- Facilitate and equip the Maintenance team (PM) to enhance their capabilities.

- Identify the potential projects in TPM area and drive them through Steering committee and Apex committee reviews.

- Collaborate with site team to achieve committed TPM site score.

- Implement, rlrive & sustain Lean Daily Management (LDM) culture in the site at different Level (LDM-0, LDM-1, LDM-2, LDM-3)

- Periodic assessment of LDM boards and support team to improve further on their LDM score.

- Submission of monthly report (MMA) to site head and Corporate OE / TPM team

- Collaborate with site team to achieve committed overall site score.

- As per site head guidance/ business requirement involve on new initiatives and projects as a special task.

- Train and mentor, the 6 sigma White belt, Yellow belt and Green belt projects across the site.

Mandatory Skills :
