Job profile:
- Lead the product engineering organization and manage, coach, and support a team of senior engineering talent
- Hire and mentor multiple teams of high-performing, exceptional talent.
- Design internal processes, systems, and tools to scale the engineering organization.
- Establish a world-class engineering culture dedicated to software craftsmanship, quality, and responsibility.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and GTM leadership on strategic planning, product development, and execution.
- Work with our Global customers and Field teams to drive product delivery and impact.
- Work closely with the executive team on strategic partnerships
- Participate as a member of the senior management team in establishing governance processes of direction and control to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately and the organization executes in the areas of software development, product engineering, and customer support.
Candidate profile:
- 15+ years overall experience and 5+ years leadership experience (CTO, VP Engg) at a fast-growing startup.
- Excellent communication skills, exceptional ability in written communication.
- Preferably worked on a cloud-first product in a cloud-first company
- Preferably have managed a 75+ person high engineering organization.
- Preferably have experience in Data engineering / Data infrastructure
- Expertise in infrastructure, architecture, enterprise SAAS, and DevOps.
- Strong passion for the people and cultural aspects of engineering organizations.
