Site Lead HR L+D MBA HR 6-8 yrs experience from KPO/BPO/ITES/Analytics companies in Mumbai
- Role is primarily to provide leadership to the learning and development function on end to end basis and also as owner and custodian of the L&D function in areas like TNA, designing training calendar, Formulating the L&D budget, imparting functional & behavioral training across all locations in tune with business requirements and evaluating the same for better delivery and results.
