Our client is the world's leading specialty chemicals companies, looking to hire a Site- HR Head for its Dombivli & Jhagadia location. This is a Site HR role, located in Dombivli (with travel to Jhagadia as per business need). This is a team management role, reporting in to the Head of HR and the MD. Key responsibilities: - end-to-end site HR gamut, handhold the hiring process in collaboration with the corporate team, TM, Performance Appraisal - manage all labour & statutory compliances impeccably - support in policy formulation and ensure policy implementation - provide consultative advisory in relation to POSH - supervise all HR Operations - be responsible for change management & disciplinary actions - provide consultative approach for the Jhagadia site Ideal candidate: - someone with strong experience in employee relation with majority of career in plants but with - exposure to corporate as well - someone who works collaboratively and can influence people - should come with good communication & presentation skills and maturity to manage senior stakeholder - should come with 15+ years of experience in manufacturing
