Job Description :
Reporting into the CHRO, your roles & responsibilities will include :
- Working with the leadership to manage the site HR activities
- Participating with the leadership team in project planning and execution
- Manpower planning and budgeting to attract the right talent to fill key positions within a stipulated time frame
- Ensuring the successful launch of the plant by liaising with all external authorities to ensure legal & statutory compliance
- Creating the overall HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing on all aspects of HR w.r.t Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organisation Design, Talent Management and Industrial Relations.
The Successful Applicant :
- You come with 15-20 years of experience in HR&IR role in a Manufacturing set up
- You have managed IR in your past roles and can smoothly handle discussions with unions
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
