Key responsibilities:

1. Overall Site Management:

Assume full responsibility for the operation of the manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop and implement site-specific strategies to meet production targets, quality standards, and safety goals.

2. Production and Operations:

Oversee all aspects of the production process, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Monitor production output, quality control, and efficiency, making necessary adjustments to optimize operations. Ensure adherence to strict safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

3. Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of professionals, including production supervisors, engineers, and support staff. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the site.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that all operations comply with local, national, and international regulations, including environmental, health, and safety standards. Collaborate with regulatory bodies and conduct regular audits to maintain compliance.

5. Budget and Cost Control:

Develop and manage the site's annual budget, tracking expenditures and optimizing costs while maintaining production efficiency. Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.

6. Maintenance and Engineering:

Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Collaborate with engineering teams to implement improvements and upgrades to the production process.

7. Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain a robust quality management system to ensure product quality and consistency. Respond to quality issues promptly and implement corrective and preventive actions.

8. Supply Chain Management:

Manage the supply chain for raw materials and finished products, ensuring timely availability and inventory control. Develop relationships with suppliers and optimize procurement processes.

9. Sustainability and Environmental Initiatives:

Champion sustainability and environmental initiatives, aiming to reduce the environmental footprint of the manufacturing process. Seek opportunities for eco-friendly practices and resource conservation.

10. Reporting and Communication: - Prepare regular reports on site performance, including production, safety, and financial metrics, and communicate results to senior management. - Foster open communication with all levels of employees and promote a culture of transparency
