Vibe Real Estate - Site Head - Sales (6-15 yrs)
Job Purpose:
- Responsible for building company brand. Lead the Sales Operation at project in Dhankawadi .
- Achieve Sales, Collection, Registration targets.
Job Context & Major Challenges:
1. Responsible for sales and marketing of the residential site through all verticals
2. Handling the Sales Team, nurturing leads, negotiating commercial terms & closing of the sale
3. Network with corporate, HNI & other clients for project marketing & sales.
4. Planning and implementing strategies for new project launch mainly project marketing & sales planning
5. Establishing the relationship with all distribution partners
6. Assisting Strategy Team with pricing strategy in line with market demand
7. Design sales strategy, marketing plans, inventory strategy etc.
8. Market Research, competition tracking & analysis
9. Inputs on design, cost comparisons, feedback on vendor selection for top management and coordination and planning of the entire exercise.
10. Responsible for post sales cycle and customer satisfaction
Job Description:
1. Should live in close vicinity, need someone to be super focused and able to devote long hours
2. Will need to work with HO Teams across functions. Will be the go to person for the project.
3. Should have had a stint in Closing & Sourcing since needs to make decisions, align strategies advise new plans
