Site Head Sales - Real Estate
- Responsible for the overall performance of Sales for the project.
- Should own site functioning responsibility (Sales, CP's, Marketing)
- Have to manage channel & direct verticles for site coordinating with marketing team for promotional activities.
- Handling sourcing team & generate business through CP's
- Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
- Continuously analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish a sales reporting framework.
- Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
Skills & Experience:
- 10 -15 years of experience in real estate - preferably heading Site Sales
- MBA from a good institute
- Analytical skills / problem-solving ability
- Customer orientation
- Excellent communication (written and oral)
- Good understanding of real estate business / excellent channel partners connect
- Analysis and make recommendations to enable decision-making and improvements
