Site Head Job Pharma /CRO

- To Provide strategic, operational, scientific guidance and lead the entire site team in achieving company's business goals and actively involve in execution plans of the Site operations

- Support and advise the CEO/ CSO/ COO in decision making to achieve company's short, medium and long term goals.

- To co-ordinate with project management team on critical projects and evaluate proposals based on client requirements, provide high level technical inputs, evaluate commercial viability, problem solving etc.,

- To co-ordinate with R&D team (both chemistry and Biology) and provide assistance in carrying out R&D functions smoothly. Involving in high level planning of resources, budgets and providing guidance in achieving R&D goals.

- To co-ordinate with manufacturing departments (both Chemistry and Biology) and provide guidance for smooth operations. Involving in high level resource management, budgets and provide technical guidance wherever essential and assist in achieving the department goals.

- Managing client visits, client/regulatory audit tour of facilities, preparing and presenting company/technical presentations relevant to the business interest.

- To co-ordinate with the Engineering department, ability to assess the Engineering needs for the entire plant operations and provide guidance for smooth operations. Reviewing the plant infrastructure and providing guidance in upgrading or establishing newer capabilities which arises from time to time.

- To co-ordinate with Environment, Health and Safety department and providing guidance to the team for smooth functioning of EHS operation. To assess major potential hazards, determine high level risks, conduct regular inspections at the Site. To have sufficient knowledge and experience in handling large scale operations especially in APIs manufacturing and to be well versed with the local regulatory and EHS requirements. Provide guidance in handling issues related to EHS.

- To Interact with Quality Control team and provide operational assistance for smooth functioning of operations.

- To interact with Quality Assurance, key scientific, technical teams, government regulatory bodies, and commercial personnel to ensure timely and accurate regulatory compliance. Global high level regulatory experience with long-term planning and Exposure to USFDA audits is an added advantage.

- To Interact with Purchase department on critical issues and decision making for smooth functioning of operations related to purchase.

- To Interact with warehouse team and ensure smooth running of operations relating to material management.

- Facilitating inter department meetings and ensuring smooth operations.

- To maintain and develop good organizational culture, values, reputation in the market and having cordial and pleasant approach towards staff is essential part of this candidature.
